Hellebores, Ivy and Ferns. Hollie came to me with Hellebores, Ivy and Ferns. Hollie came to me with the original idea for the composition and I’ve used that as the main reference for this. Just a touch of colour in those hellebores to give it that botanical illustrative look. Love how moody that bit of colour made this piece look. Some healed from our last session. Fox and dog roses in pen. I had this sketch in my Fox and dog roses in pen. I had this sketch in my folder for a while now with no idea how I’d eventually use it but thought pen and ink would be a good thing to try out. Not something I do often but really loved doing this. It felt like a nice way to break up my time between paintings.

December giveaway! Last years giveaway was awesom December giveaway! Last years giveaway was awesome so I’ll be doing another one this year for a sitting on the 20th December at Un1ty Tattoo. The giveaway is for one of the designs posted above. This will be for either your first sitting on one of the larger designs or to complete one of the smaller pieces on the day. The designs available are – Barn owl which will take multiple sessions depending on the size and placement. The Great Crested Grebe sleeve. This will take multiple sessions to complete. The Partridge and flax design which may take 2 to 3 days sessions depending on size/placement. The Waxwing and Chiffchaff designs can be completed in one sitting. My usual rates will apply to complete the larger designs. The giveaway day will just be your first sitting for free. Feel free to send me an email if you’d like any information regarding potential further bookings and pricing. To enter this giveaway all you have to do is email me at Francesannefaith.artist@outlook.com with the ‘Giveaway’ as the subject. Include a brief description of the placement and how much space I can take up and also please include if you prefer the tattoo to be in colour or black and grey. No cover ups please.
